A clearer view of your work
Lead your day with clarity.
Tasks, mail, meetings and achievements — connected in one desktop workspace.
Illustrative workspace data
Tasks pile up across projects and people.
The important ones are easy to miss.
Keeping track of finished work takes effort.
Give them one place in your working day.
Your workspace
All the tools you need, in one place.
Eight sections working together on your machine — not eight apps you switch between.
Dashboard
A summary of your work, mail and achievements in one place.
Tasks
Seven states, three priorities, a project field, and assignment.
Achievements
Date, project, completion and hours — then a four-sheet Excel report.
Meetings
Google Meet, Zoom, Teams — and WALAA Room, up to twelve.
Gmail and Microsoft — and no message leaves under your name but by your press.
Smart assistant
Eight experts, seven workspaces, and five thinking levels you choose.
Testable
Numbers you can try to disprove
Reads an AutoCAD drawing — and edits it
It parses DXF with no external library, reads the unit from $INSUNITS, and computes each closed polygon's area.
layer ROOMS-OR 7.20 × 6.00 → 43.20 m² 9.00 × 4.80 → 43.20 m² 5.40 × 4.80 → 25.92 m² ─────────────────────── total 155.52 m²
Editing is surgical: three edits changed 4 lines out of 333 — not a fifth.
Reads your contracts offline
A PDF reader compiled into the executable; Word, Excel and PowerPoint unzipped on your own machine.
Every fact carries its page or line number — so you can check it, not just believe it.
Cites the law, not its memory
The contracts pack is grounded in Saudi procurement law, by article number:
Art. 59 — final guarantee 5% · 15 days
Art. 70 — delay cap 6% supply
15% otherwise
change orders — bounded at 10%
And its experts explicitly represent the owner's side, not the contractor's.
Control
It proposes. You decide.
Three guarantees written on its own settings screen — not a switch you can turn off.
A quick tour
This is what your afternoon looks like.
Screens from the app itself — not illustrations. The data shown in them is entirely fictional.
An interface that yields
You'll have it open ten hours a day. It had better be beautiful.
أربعةُ أوضاعٍ زجاجية, تتبدّل بضغطةٍ ولا تحتاج إعادة تشغيل. اختر ما يريح عينك في الصباح, وغيّره حين يُظلم المساء.
Typeface changes too. So does density. So does the language — Arabic and English in the same second.
Before you put your data into any AI assistant
Ask one question:
who else is going to read this?
A contract under negotiation. A payroll sheet. A quote for a competitor. A letter from your lawyer.
That isn't “data.” That's your business.
And every free assistant you used today wasn't free — you paid in a different currency.
We sell you software. We don't sell your data.
That's why we charge. Privacy costs — we chose to be the ones paying.
Four locks. Not one switch.
Turn on local-only for the project that isn't up for discussion, and four gates close at once.
One setting is easy to forget. Four locks in four places are not.
Off until you turn it on.
Error reports are disabled by default. We collect nothing until you decide.
And if you enable them: the screenshot is of the WALAA window alone — not your desktop, not your other windows, not your passwords, not your keys.
Your mail stays yours.
Connected by your permission. Revoked in one click. We don't sell your addresses, share them, or use them for anything you didn't connect them for.
Isolation in the database, not on the screen.
Your account is isolated row by row. No account sees another's data — because the database refuses, not because the interface hides it.
The difference between the two is the difference between a lock and a curtain.
What arithmetic settles, is settled on your machine.
“How many tasks are overdue?” · “What's this column's total?” · “What's in this document?” — deterministic answers computed on your machine, sent to no AI engine, because they don't need one.
Ask any assistant these questions before you trust it:
- Can I stop it from uploading one specific file?
- Yes — local-only mode
- Does it send reports about me without my knowing?
- No — off by default
- If it captures my screen — what exactly does it capture?
- Its own window only
- Does it read my mail by my permission or its company's?
- By yours — revoked whenever you want
- Can another account see my data?
- No — isolation in the database
- Does it send every question to the cloud?
- No — arithmetic is computed locally
Keep this list. Ask it of the others.
And with rare honesty for this market:
Text generation happens in the cloud — as it does in every AI assistant today, and if someone tells you otherwise, check their claim. What's sent is your question and its context: not your archive, not your files, not your mail.
We won't promise what we don't do. We promise what you can test yourself.

Frequently asked
Got questions?
What is WALAA AI?
A Windows desktop program that brings tasks, mail, meetings and achievements together, with an assistant that reads your documents and drawings on your own machine.
Does it run on a Mac?
No. Windows x64 only today.
Where is my data kept?
Files you open stay on your machine — read locally, never uploaded. What goes to the AI goes with your permission, and only as much as the question needs.
